The Reading section of the TOEFL iBT test measures your ability to understand academic passages written in English.

The Reading section includes 3 reading passages. There are 12 to 14 questions per passage. You have 60 minutes to answer all the questions in the section.

Most questions in the Reading section are worth one point, but the last question in each set is worth more than one point. The directions indicate how many points you can receive.

Within each part, you can go on to the next question by clicking Next. You can skip questions and go back to them later by clicking Back.
