The Reading section of the TOEFL iBT test measures your ability to understand academic passages written in English.

This is a shorter version of the TOEFL iBT Reading test. It includes 2 reading passages. There are 12 to 14 questions per passage. You have 40 minutes to answer all the questions in the section.

Most questions in the Reading section are worth one point, but the last question in each set is worth more than one point. The directions indicate how many points you can receive.
